Professor Vichai Tienthavorn,M.D., Ph.D President of Praboromarajchanok Institute (PBRI), together with Professor Emeritus Dr. Surasak Taneepanichskul, Chairperson of the PBRI Council, led the PBRI delegation to the 15th International Conference on Public Health Among Greater Mekong Sub-regional Countries, held on October 23–26, 2025, in Kunming, China. The delegation, including vice presidents, the Dean of the Faculty of Public Health and Allied Health Science, and senior executives, presented international research and shared experiences in strengthening public health systems across the region. During the program, Professor Dr. Vichai Tienthavorn received the International Outstanding Award 2025 for Excellence in Health System Leadership on October 24, 2025, in recognition of his exceptional contribution to advancing health system leadership and public health development in the region. Also, PBRI leaders met with Professor Dr. Xia Xueshan, President of Kunming University, to discuss future academic collaboration.
