On 13th–14th August 2025, the International Relations Division of Praboromarajchanok Institute (PBRI) successfully held the “Training for the Trainers: Health Professions – Key Ideas for Teachers and Trainers (HP-KITT)” at Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Changwat Nonthaburi. This two-day program aims to enhance the capacity, knowledge, and skills of faculty members, preparing them to lead health workforce education and respond to rapidly evolving healthcare needs. The workshop was led by Professor Ronald M Harden, Professor Emeritus of Medical Education at the University of Dundee, a world-renowned expert in health professions education, alongside Professor Jeni Harden (University of Edinburgh) and Ms. Patricia Lilley (former AMEE Operations Director). The training combined expert lectures with interactive workshops. Throughout the program, the participants engaged in six key modules—curriculum design, interesting the learner, committing the learner, facilitating learning, futureproofing the learner, and assessing the learner—equipping them to apply innovative strategies in their teaching and training. The HP-KITT program reflects the Institute’s commitment to building a future-ready health workforce and strengthening global collaboration in health professions education.
